Hyperdex — How to invest in Race Trading Cubes
Introduction
In this article we’ll go over step by step how to invest in a Hyperdex Race Trading Cube.
Users may also review how to invest in Fixed Income and Algo Trading Cubes.
Before continuing there are a couple prerequisites:
- Having a web3 wallet (MetaMask is used in this example)
- Funding the wallet with one of the accepted assets (e.g. USDT)
STEP 1
Click here or go to hyperdex.finance in your browser.
Next, click RACE TRADING under the CUBES tab.
STEP 2
Connect your MetaMask wallet by clicking CONNECT WALLET.
Be sure you are connected to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
If you do not have a MetaMask wallet or have not connected BSC to your MetaMask, read and follow the instructions in this article and then move on to the next step.
STEP 3
- Scroll down the Race Trading page and select one of the available cubes.
In this example, the ETH LONG 1500/3000 23 JUN 2022 (3 MONTHS) cube is chosen as an example.
In this particular cube the user would receive a return if the price hits 3000, while if the price hit 1500 they would lose their deposit. If the price stays within the range until expiry (3 months in this example) then the market price upon expiry will determine the profit or loss.
2. Next, click GO TO INVEST PAGE.
STEP 4
- First and foremost, in order to invest in any Hyperdex cube, you must read and click AGREE to the terms and conditions.
- Next, type the amount you want to deposit. The minimum deposit is the equivalent of $100. Be sure the correct asset is chosen.
- Click the APPROVE button.
STEP 5
After clicking the APPROVE button, a MetaMask popup will appear requesting permission to access your MetaMask.
Click the CONFIRM button.
STEP 6
After clicking the CONFIRM button, the INVEST button will become clickable.
Click the INVEST button.
STEP 7
After clicking the INVEST button, another MetaMask popup will appear confirming the transaction to deposit.
Click the CONFIRM button.
Congratulations!
At this point you should have successfully invested in your first Hyperdex Race Trading Cube!
Once done, you can check your account metrics by clicking the ACCOUNT button in the top right.
These include:
1. Investment — Total amount invested across all Hyperdex Cubes.
2. Profit — Total profit earned across all Hyperdex Cubes
3. Hyper Token Profit — Total Hyper token profit (coming soon after the HYP IDO)
4. Hyper Token Balance — Total Hyper token balance (coming soon after the HYP IDO)
5. Transactions — All cube investment transactions for an account
